Telltale announces plans to develop a Marvel game series for 2017 The next brand to receive the Telltale treatment is Marvel, according to reports from both companies earlier today.

“We’re excited to reveal an all-new partnership with the incredible team at Marvel Entertainment,” states the Telltale Games blog.

We don’t have a name of the game or any info on what specific Marvel franchise the game will be based on.

All we know is from the graphic on the Telltale website revealing a 2017 release date.

Given that previous Telltale games made it to mobile, such as The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us, it’s likely that this one will too.

Show those politicians how it's really done by building the perfect city on your mobile It’s that time of the year again where optimism, a fresh start, and the smell of manure is prominent throughout the UK.

No, I’m not referring to spring, I’m referring to the upcoming general election.

Whatever your political stance, I like to think we’re all leaning in the same direction and that’s to make the country a better place. Right?

Well, why not show those Westminster blowhards how its done right on your mobile with one of these fab city building sims.

SimCity BuildIt

By Electronic Arts

Okay, so it may have been spoiled somewhat by some terrible F2P implementation but scratch beneath the surface and you’ll find the skeleton of a decent city builder. It’s a pretty good looking skeleton too.

Leo's Fortune is at its cheapest price ever to celebrate its first birthday Leo’s Fortune is one year old today. In that time the ruffle-haired platformer has been downloaded over a million times. Not bad for a ball of fluff with a moustache.

Anyway, to celebrate this birthday (or launch day anniversary), as it were, 1337 Game Design has dropped the price of Leo’s Fortune to its cheapest ever.

Right now, you can pick it up on iOS and Android for just 79p / 99c. It’s a flash sale so you’ll want to be quick – it won’t last long.

We gave Leo’s Fortune a Bronze Award in our review so it’s well worth those meagre pennies. Our reviewer called it an “engaging platformer that misses a few steps.”

Head over to the App Store or Google Play to grab it.

[Update] Signs that Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China is heading to iOS and Android appear Updated on April 24th 2015 at 14:13: A Ubisoft representative has responded to us about the possibility of an iOS and Android version of Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China.

It’s not very exciting, unfortunately. “We do not comment on rumour or speculation,” they told us.

So we’re none the wiser. Maybe it’s happening. Maybe it isn’t. We’ll have to see what happens.

Original story follows…

There’s a chance that Ubisoft could be bringing its 2.5D platform-adventure Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China to iOS and Android.

A mobile port hasn’t been mentioned anywhere by the company itself. However, PG reader Himmat Singh opened up the .ini files of the PC version of the game and found something unexpected.

The .ini files are where you can change many of the game’s configurations. At the top are all the relevant settings for PC, but scrolling down reveals settings for various iOS and Android devices.

Detective Dixie will have you tracking down criminals in a magical city on iOS and Android Giant Leap Games has announced that its mystery adventure Detective Dixie will be out for iOS on May 10th. It will be coming to Android soon after.

It has you playing as the titular detective as she investigates crimes around a magical city called Wishteria Town. The idea is to collect enough evidence so that you can convince the cops to apprehend the the criminal.

To do this, you’ll need to investigate the crime scene, collect testimonies from witnesses, and collect clues from the environment.

As you do this, there will be mini puzzles to solve, particularly when interrogating suspects.

While Detective Dixie will play like a point-and-click adventure, it stands out due to the imaginative metropolis you get to explore.

Burn It Down gives you an hour to make it through the most dangerous mansion ever built In Burn It Down, you are a man searching for his love in what must be the most dangerous mansion ever built.

It’s the next game from Tapinator, creator of Balance of the Shaolin, and its follow-up, Endless Balance. Burn It Down is nothing like those two previous games.

It’s a black-and-white platformer that gives you an hour to navigate the deadly leaps and spiked floors of your home before, well, whatever it’s counting down to happens.

There’s a bit of a puzzle element to the platforming as you can only move left and right. There is no jump button. However, the character you control will jump automatically over gaps if he has enough speed.

This means that you spend most of your time working out how much of a run-up you need. Then you have to measure the timing of your run-up to avoid the up-and-down routines of spikes.
